2008 Season.

Volunteers required to help with the Juniors.

Our thriving Junior section meets on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. Because the coaching team are kept very busy coaching, either afloat or from the shore, it can mean there is no adult supervision in the clubhouse. Can you help? This might ideally suit a parent (or parents on a rotation basis). Please speak to Jackie. She would be very grateful to hear from you.

Club Lounge.

It cost just £80 to hire (plus £20 if the boathouse is also used). We can help find a DJ if required or hirers can play their own music on our tape decks. So please keep your ears open and if you hear of someone looking for a venue then bring us to their attention. Contact Sue Foad to make a booking.

Club Roof appeal

the club is looking for fund raising idea to raise funds for much needed building work to the club any idea's please email through the website contact page- thanks

Other succesfull fundraising events-

I.O.W challenge- congratulations to everyone who completed the row there and back and a big thanks to all the supporters. Also well done to everyone who raised money for the event.

Mens night!- A bit contraversial i think would be a good way to describe it but other than that a good fundraiser.

Car boot sale- thanks to Gerry and Julie for the car boot sale another one will be done in a few weeks so please keep donating :)

Book sale- on regatta day a very good idea and loads of books, thanks for everyones donations- all left over books are going to the car boot sale.
